we hardly ever talk and i dont know how we can get close ????

Just let her know that you want the relationship to grow, and are interested in spending time with her. Try to talk with her, and find some common interests so that you two can hang out together. Eventually, as time goes on you two will become more acquainted with one another. Just your interest in improving the relationship is a great thing. Hopefully she picks up on the fact that you are trying, and she will be willing to do the same. Having step-siblings is something that can be hard to adjust to at first, but generally it gets easier with time.
