I'm this skinny rocker kid With the long hair, band tees all the time, that's 15 years old and like 109 lbs and 5ft 8 in tall. I want to get a good figure by before my freshman year of high school starts. I wanna build some muscle because I don't just want girls but I want people to stop pushing me around. ( my true passion is playing the guitar but I don't think that would help solve my problems just yet because I've been playing for only 1 year). Also, my eating and drinking habbits are not good. I barely eat or drink and just eat whenever I feel like eatingor drinking. ( I only drink alot idlf inaccidently eat some Mexican red sauce with too much halopinyo peppers in it and then I'll drink like 4 to 5 glasses of water). For school, I most of the time eat one egg with some ham and Orange juice. And for lunch, I usually eat a pizza that has a diamotor of 16cm and a gateraid, and for dinner or the weekends, whatever my parents cook but not a lot of it. Also, I don't exersize or do pe or athletics at school cause of people pushing me around. I do have the wii fit plus so could anybody tell memwhat I Need to do to get a good body by this comming august so I can start freshman year with some bulk with conference, getting girls, and maybe some revenge?How do I gain some muscle by the end of this this Augest?

Unless you plan on eating healthy food like bodybuilders do, than forget about it. It takes nutritious foods to build muscle, not pizza and Gatorade.
Well I wont tell you this to help you get revenge but you are truly ultra skinny my friend. I was about your size and i got pushed around alot too...actually i was shorter than you as a freshman. Im 37 and only 5'8 now......but i weigh 180 lbs now lol.
First off you HAVE to eat if you want to gain size. Not just fat but for muscle gain too. So basically if you REALLY want this you are gonna have to get somewhere you can get some weights and EAT. Im gonna stop there and give you a forum link where we can get you lined out. Its free and lots of workouts there and people who have done em. You have alot ot soak in and learn if you are gonna do this. Its conceivable if you do your part you could gain up to 20 lbs of muscle mass by August but you are gonna have to dig in and do it. Everything about that link is free by the way.
well uhm you could start by going to the gym and lifting weights but if thats not available i guess your best shot is push-ups and other home workouts... make sure to get alot of protein but i dont understand the bulking up for the revenge part ?
